An Otoe-Missouria Enrolled Tribal Member
An employee of an Otoe-Missouria Tribe owned business
A member of immediate family or household of an enrolled tribal member or employee

Please note that a $10 minimum deposit to your Primary Share Savings Account is required. Upon submission of this application, a Credit Union Representative will contact you by the next business day to determine how you would like to complete the steps to finalize your account.
